Widespread Panic postponed their four-night New Year’s Run 2021 at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta in response to the current spike in COVID-19 cases driven by the Omicron variant. The sextet moved the shows to August 10 – 13, 2022.
“The health and safety of our fans is always our top priority,” started a note from Widespread Panic announcing the decision. “Due to this, @thefoxtheatre concerts scheduled for December 28, 29, 30 and 31, 2021, have been rescheduled to August 10, 11, 12, 13, 2022.”
Tickets for December 28 will be valid on August 10, while tickets for December 29 will be honored on August 11, tickets for December 30 will be honored on August 12 and tickets for December 31 (New Year’s Eve) can be used on August 13. All mobile tickets will transfer to the new dates automatically. Ticketholders do not need to do anything if they’d like to use their tickets on the new dates.
Those ticketholders who cannot make it to the Fox on the new dates can obtain refunds through Friday, February 4 at 10 a.m. ET. Call the ticket office at 855-285-8499 or email email@example.com to request a refund starting next Monday, December 27 at 10 a.m. ET. Refunds must be requested by Friday, February 4 at 10 a.m. ET.
