Waxahatchee Extends North American Tour 2022

Waxahatchee (Katie Crutchfield) added 11 dates to her upcoming 2022 North American Tour. Three of the newly announced concerts will take place in February with the rest slated for April.

The tour begins with previously announced shows in Birmingham on February 4, Athens on February 5, Asheville on February 6, Richmond on February 7, Providence on February 9 and Brooklyn on February 10. Next comes new dates in Tarrytown, New York on February 11 and Asbury Park, New Jersey on February 12. Waxahatchee also confirmed a performance at Montreal’s Corona Theatre on February 17 which comes after shows in Cleveland and Buffalo and before concerts in Toronto, Grand Rapids and Chicago to close out the February portion of the run.

After a six-week break, Waxahatchee returns to the road for two sold-out concerts at Philadelphia’s Union Transfer on April 10 and 11. Crutchfield will now continue the jaunt in Morgantown, West Virginia on April 12 and Cincinnati on April 13 before headlining Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium on April 15. Waxahatchee also announced shows in Fayetteville (Arkansas) on April 18, Oklahoma City on April 19, Santa Fe on April 21 and Aspen on April 23.

Tickets for Waxahatchee’s new 2022 tour dates go on sale this Friday, December 3 at 10 a.m. local time. Waxahatchee will open a series of Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit shows in May. Madi Diaz is aboard as support for Crutchfield’s February and April performances.
