Turkuaz Confirms Fall Tour 2021 With Thumpasaurus

Funk act Turkuaz will embark on an extensive fall tour over the final three months of 2021. The run includes select dates featuring Thumpasaurus as support.

An Artist Pre-Sale is underway now through the band’s website. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, July 30 at 10 a.m. local time with ducats for a number of dates available via Ticketmaster.

Turkuaz returns to Tipitina’s in New Orleans on October 8 with the city’s Joy Theatre hosting the band’s Remain In Light tribute featuring Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew on October 15. The main part of the run begins at Charleston’s Pour House on October 19. From there, the nine-piece hits Savannah, Atlanta, Asheville, Nashville, Birmingham, Raleigh and Washington D.C. before a two-night stand at New York City’s Webster Hall October 29 – 30 and a Remain In Light set at Suwannee Hulaween on Halloween.

November finds Turkuaz focusing on the Northeast and Midwest with stops slated for Burlington, Boston, Portland (Maine), Albany, Harrisburg, Buffalo, Cleveland and Detroit over the course of the month. The powerhouse funk band begins a string of December dates at Richmond’s The National on the 2nd. A show at a venue TBA in Philadelphia follows on December 3 before Turkuaz ends their fall tour with December performances in Columbus, Grand Rapids, Minneapolis, Omaha, Denver (at a venue TBA), Madison, Louisville, St. Louis, Indianapolis and Chicago.
