Galactic Confirms Winter Tour 2022

Galactic and featured vocalist Anjelika ‘Jelly’ Joseph announced 2022 Winter Tour dates. Too Many Zooz, Nané and Lowdown Brass Band will each open select shows for a run spanning February 3 – March 26, 2022.

The New Orleans-based funk band begins the excursion at Omaha’s Slowdown on February 3. Next comes a show in Kansas City on February 4 before Galactic heads to Colorado for concerts in Denver on February 5, Crested Butte on February 6 and Aspen on February 7.

The tour rolls into the Pacific Northwest next with shows planned in Victor, Idaho on February 9; Portland, Oregon on February 11; Seattle on February 12 and Whitefish, Montana on February 13. From there, Galactic hits Salt Lake City on February 15 and Las Vegas on February 16 ahead of a swing through California featuring stops in Solana Beach on February 17, Los Angeles on February 18 and San Francisco on February 19.

Galactic resumes the trek in the Northeast after a few weeks off. Boston’s Paradise Rock Club hosts the band on March 10. Then, Galactic will play in Philadelphia on March 11, New York City on March 12 and Fairfield (Connecticut) on March 13. A quick visit to Virginia includes dates in Virginia Beach on March 16 and Blacksburg on March 17 ahead of two nights at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. on March 18 and 19. The tour ends back in the Midwest after stops in State College (Pennsylvania) on March 20, Cleveland on March 22, Indianapolis on March 23, St. Louis on March 24, Chicago on March 25 and Minneapolis on March 26.

Tickets for most Galactic Winter Tour 2022 shows go on sale this Friday, November 19 at 10 a.m. local time. Up first for the band is a New Year’s Eve show in New Orleans.
