Foo Fighters Share Bee Gees ‘You Should Be Dancing’ Cover

The Dee Gees, the disco alter-ego of Foo Fighters, unveiled their cover of the Bee Gees’ “You Should Be Dancing.” The song will appear on Hail Satin, a 10-track album due this Saturday, July 17 as a Record Store Day exclusive.

Hail Satin consists of five Bee Gees covers and five new versions of tracks from Foo Fighters’ Medicine At Midnight LP. The band recorded all 10 songs at Dave Grohl‘s Studio 606 facility in Northridge, California.

Foo Fighters debuted their take on “You Should Be Dancing” live at Madison Square Garden in New York City on June 20. The cover came in the middle of the group’s three-song encore as part of the first concert held at MSG since the pandemic began.
