Dude of Life Band led by Steve “The Dude Of Life” Pollak, a longtime writing partner of Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio, recently confirmed their 2021 tour dates. The quintet kicks off the run with a sold-out show on Wednesday and have a total of nine concerts scheduled through November.
The Dude, lead guitarist Fred Scholl, bassist Charlie de Saint Phalle, drummer Doug Schneider and keyboardist Parker Reilly begin the jaunt with a sold-out pre-Phish party at The Englewood in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Wednesday night. From there, the five-piece plays a free Phish pre-party in the Spirit Bar at Atlantic City’s Showboat this Saturday, August 14.
It’s then off to Garcia’s at The Cap in Port Chester, New York on August 19 before another Phish pre-party at Boulder’s Upslope Brewing on September 4. The Dude Of Life Band will play a Phish after-party in Denver on September 5 at a venue to be announced next week. Also in store for the group are shows in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania on September 18; Albany, New York on October 16 and Bridgeport, Connecticut on November 6.
