Guitarist Billy Strings announced venues and added tour dates for a series of concerts in November and December. Strings previously confirmed the cities for his 2021 tour and today revealed where he’ll bring his band and also expanded the November portion of the run.
Strings, bassist Royal Masat, mandolinist Jarrod Walker and banjoist Billy Failing begin November at The Riverside Theater in Milwaukee on the 3rd. Two nights at the Palace Theatre in St. Paul follow on November 4 – 5 along with a show at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom on November 6. Billy and his band then hit The Fillmore Philadelphia November 10 – 11 before stops in Richmond on November 12, Washington D.C. on November 13 and Portland (Maine) November 15 – 16.
Boston’s Wang Theatre hosts the quartet on November 17 ahead of shows in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on November 19 and Detroit November 20 – 21. Next, Strings returns to New Orleans for two nights at The Civic Theatre November 30 and December 1. It’s then off to Texas for concerts in Houston on December 2, Austin on December 3 and Dallas on December 4. Billy and his band also confirmed four nights at The Eastern in Atlanta December 9 – 12. Venues remain to be announced for runs in Nashville December 17 – 18 and Grand Rapids December 30 – January 1.
Fans can sign up for presale access before Thursday, July 15 at 9 a.m. ET through Billy’s website. Tickets then go on sale to the general public this Friday, July 16 at 10 a.m. local time.
