A family-fun tradition since 1886, the Ulster County Fair features midway rides and games, concerts, racing pigs, a petting zoo, Butterfly Experience, Wednesday fireworks, horse and livestock shows, truck and tractor pulls, chainsaw carving, exhibits, fair food and more.
Unlimited midway rides, shows and entertainment are included with fair admission. Concerts include Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters (Wednesday), The Charlie Daniels Band (Thursday), Keith Anderson (Friday) and Journey former lead singer Steve Augeri (Sunday).
Pay-one-price admission is $50 per vehicle (up to 8 occupants) on Tuesday, $17 per person (adults and children 36 inches and taller) Wednesday – Sunday, and free for seniors ages 62 and up on Thursday till 4 pm.
Fair hours are 4-10pm Tuesday, 10am-10pm Wednesday – Thursday, 10am-12am Friday – Saturday and 10am-8pm Sunday. Midway hours are 4-11pm Tuesday, 11am-1 pm Wednesday – Saturday and 11am-9pm Sunday.
