Tai Chi for Arthritis
Tai Chi is a great form of exercise. This one hour beginner level class is suitable for people who have pain or limited mobility due to arthritis. The 12-week series begins on Wednesday June 14 and continues meeting weekly through August 30 on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and shoes with little to no tread. Students will be standing for the whole class, but chairs will be available. Class fee: $48 for 12 weeks or $6 drop-in.
