Danica Shoan Ankele, a monastic from Zen Mountain Monastery, will offer instruction on a simple but profound meditation practice that has been handed down to us since ancient times. We’ll learn the basics of posture, how to work with the mind, and how we might bring this practice into our daily lives. This is a three week series.
