Join Cornell Extension’s Master Food Preserver Janie Greenwald on September 16th from 11am to 1pm for a home dehydration demonstration and tasting. We will talk about equipment, safe recipes and what to do with your dehydrated foods. Hunters, raw foods people and vegans are using this ancient method of preservation to make delicious snacks and meals. $5.00 nonrefundable materials fee. Preregistration required. 845-679-6405
