HealthAlliance’s improvement and transformation plan is now a $133.6 million two-phase project that promises to transform healthcare delivery in Ulster County.

Phase 1: Bigger and Better Hospital: The new 437,000-square-foot HealthAlliance Hospital on Mary’s Avenue in Kingston will include a new 110,000-square-foot tower and 70,000 square feet of renovated space. The world-class hospital, with a new surgical concentration and obstetrics program, will have 141 all-private patient rooms, 201 in all, and a nearly 25,000-square-foot emergency center.

Phase 2: Innovative Medical Village: The new “medical village,” a fully remodeled health and human services center, will be located in the current HealthAlliance Hospital: Broadway Campus in Kingston. The walkable hub will provide the finest conventional and integrative healthcare and other services to protect and enhance our health and well-being. Retail shops will provide additional amenities.
